Soulja Boy has officially announced Rapper University, a direct counterpunch to Kai Cenat’s viral Streamer University initiative. According to Rap-Up, Soulja Boy is styling himself “Professor Draco” for the occasion, putting a rap spin on the whole Streamer University concept.

But this wasn’t born of wholesome creative inspiration. It arrived after a threat. As Hip-Hop Wired reports, Soulja Boy first sent what they describe as “the most aggressive Streamer University application yet” before pivoting and launching his own competing institution entirely. He wasn’t applying anymore. He was founding a rival.
